Your password is case sensitive. That means that if you use all uppercase, all lowercase, or a mix of the two when you choose your password, then you will have to enter it exactly the same when you login to the site. For instance if your password is “Password” with an uppercase “P”, then you will need to enter “Password” with an uppercase “P” when you login. If you enter “password” with a lowercase “p” you will not be able to login.
